"Every encounter since we started here in December has been negative. They can’t seem to do anything correct. Initially it was Patrick - he wrote our home and auto policies initially and we’ve been overcharged since December on uninsured motorist coverage. This week, Hunter couldn’t replace a car for me when we sold a car and bought a car over the weekend. If the office manager hadn’t gotten involved, I wouldn’t have known Patrick has been overcharging us for months. I also asked to have our limits lowered in December - Patrick couldn’t manage to even do that. If you use this agency, ask for Linda, she’s the office manager. The agent, Kevin, had to get involved for our homeowners policy to work with underwriting for the discount for high impact shingles - Patrick told us we didn’t qualify. You might see a theme in this review …."

"I dealt with Chad he was extremely helpful and patient with me too It took me a few days to get my money and my docs together but I'm saving actually saving money over my progressive policy and was only provider in Colorado to do so. I'm getting a life insurance policy from them in January and couldn't be happier give him a shot they'll come in cheaper than everyone else guaranteed"

"I cannot recommend State Farm after my experience. I switched after years with USAA based on promises of multi-home and class 4 roof discounts. A month in, State Farm dropped coverage on our new home due to roof age—something they should have flagged before we switched. On our primary home, the premium ended up much higher than quoted because they denied the promised class 4 roof discount due to the date it was installed (which was discussed up front). Nearly a year later, they're dropping our auto coverage, citing accidents that were inaccurately categorized. They claimed one involved another vehicle, but it was actually with a new post installed in a parking garage from one day to the next. We sent an email The other was a minor incident clipping a side-view mirror in our own garage. Switching to State Farm was a costly mistake. USAA had better rates, and now returning to them has left us paying more. The lack of transparency and follow-through from State Farm was extremely disappointing."

"I’ve had it this office, incompetent and complete waste of my time. Wasn’t even going to bother writing a review and just move on, but after today’s request for payment I need to say something. First, I got a quote on my trailer. I called back a few days later to accept and was told the price of the policy was 3x more than the original quote due to their mistake, so I declined. Next, I got a quote on my motorcycle. I agreed on the price and paid a year policy in full. 2 weeks later I get a notice that my policy is going to be canceled ( no claim, accident, tickets) and if I wanted to pay double the premium I could keep my motorcycle insured. I reluctantly agreed and paid for one month because I needed the bike insured while I shopped around. Found much cheaper insurance through Allstate and called and canceled State Farm. 2 days after I was assured this policy was canceled, I get a notice of a bill due from State Farm…. I wouldn’t do business with this office or in my opinion, State Farm in general."

"Chris, I apologize there was a mistake made. This is not common here. A price change for the trailer was because you wanted to insure the trailer for a higher MSRP than we determined. If we do not insure a vehicle (with a bike) the price of the motorcycle does increase. This is our mistake and I apologize for my team not properly informing you of this. A lesson was learned by my team member on this. However, the bill you received is for a future bill, mailed out in advance. Our billing department sent this out before they received notice of cancelation. Your policy has been canceled and you can disregard the bill. My apologize for our mistake. Best wishes. "
